This lovely wrap skirt started with gorgeous dark plum hempcel then adorned with 18 "snowflakes"  they are satin stitched on then i added a swirling top stitch on each one. Oyster colored bias tape edging on the skirt and pouch pocket~*There's a button hole on one side and two beltloops to hold it perfectly in place. Cut on the bias for fullness and coverage~*
